This is the first assessable project in my UNSW foundation studies. I am trying to express four design principles in this design, which are balance, rhythm, scale and focal point. If you examine the design in detail, you will find out that this design is composed of 2 capital letters in Arial font, which are A and N. (top 2 is A, bottom 2 is N). The repeated use of diagonal lines creates a lovely sense of energy. The distribution of colour is carefully considered and arranged in order to create a strong sense of unity as a design.

This is the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands. It has a radical post-modernist structure which is designed by Alessandro Mendini, who is a radical post-modernist architect/designer. I really like this building structure as it is full of energy, wit and a sense of humour. It is one of the most interesting structure I have seen so far, which is revolutionary.

This is an image of the Victoria Harbour that I took in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. I think it is one of the most beautiful harbour view I have ever seen in my life so far, it gives me a sense of belonging. The most enjoyable part is looking at the light reflections on the water surface created by the surrounding buildings and skyscrapers, they give me inspiration as well as a peaceful mind.
